Baby Einstien Cake

My friends' little girl was turning 2 and wanted a baby einstien cake for her party, She gave me the basic outline of what she wanted, 2 tier, red. Then she pretty much gave me free rein to do whatever else i wanted too. I loved the big circles around it. It adds more character to the theme on the cake.

Winter Wedding cake

I love this cake. I made it for a Winter/Christmas Party my brother had for his clients. I also made matching cupcakes. I wanted the cake to look like it had snow on it and layed it on a bed of red rose petals, and added some berries to tie the look together.
